The "Three Words" of the Gospel of Thomas

"A new and plausible hypothesis (added as a foreword to Michael Grondin's 2017 paper) regarding the "three words" of logion 13 of the Gospel of Thomas. The "words," or rather "sayings," correspond to the three clauses of logion 108, the identification being made through Grondin's previous two conditions and further supported by the common themes and expressions of both logia."
(Academia recommendation from Joseph Gebhardt-Klein, author of "The Syriac Clementine Recognitions and Homilies: The First Complete Translation of the Text")

"I think you are 100% about your identification of those "three words." When you consider your previous two conditions and the thematic and verbal parallels of those logia, I mean, what else could it be?? It has to be that. It's pretty remarkable that you figured it out (no doubt due to your rigour in seeking answers which are internally consistent with the text, rather than others who immediately reach for outside allusions). Up until yesterday, I just thought that the "three words" were something that we will never know. Interesting, too, how it helps explains the "twin" typology of Thomas in relation to Jesus." (note from Gebhardt-Klein to me)
